There were 16 of us (all family) and we each had our own rooms (comfy beds, good AC) with lots of public spaces, too. The staff were remarkable for their friendliness and efficiency and the food was outstanding. We met with the chef each morning to map out the meals for the day (we had vegetarians, pescatarians and carnivores) and each dish was special. We had a traditional Jamaican Christmas dinner and felt very much at home. The compound was completely private, but just a few minutes ride away from Ocho Rios, with a nice beach the other side of town. We also had, of course, a pool and jacuzzi beside the main house. There were nearby attractions such as Dunn's Falls, Misty Mountain and snorkeling. Super place; we'll be back!

So many great memories made at KaiKala. We were treated to wonderful food and excellent service. Definitely one of the most amazing experiences we've had as a family. Many thanks to our outstanding staff, Chris, Akiem, Nicole, Norma, Georgia and Rocky. You were so kind to us all thank you!! And special shout out to Shelton, our chef, you made Christmas in Paradise truly an experience of a lifetime. Highly recommend! Accommodations outstanding, but service made is truly excellent.

What a great experience! From arrival to check-in to the outstanding service received … this vacation was absolute perfection. The service was top class (literally).- Shelton the chef cooked 3 meals a day from amazing lobster to mouth watering steak. This was served by our butler, Chris who was so professional and friendly. We even had an amazing housekeeper, Nicole who kept the property so clean and even washed our clothes which was an extra bonus! The villa was updated, with all the modern touches, immaculate, well equipped and decorated beautifully throughout. What a vacation - the most magnificent views, private pool, butler, housekeeper and personal chef? - what more could one need to relax? We would not hesitate to return again next year. We didn't want to leave!

Kai Kala is simply amazing! I spent 5 days 4 nights in paradise with 15 family/friends. The staff ( Chef Scott, Nick, Chris, Nicole & Anna) we a delight to be around. The grounds are spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained. The staff were attentive, hard working and willing do anything to make our stay enjoyable. The food was excellent. The weather was perfect ( despite a little rain). The villa rental comes with a driver as well. Our driver "Woney" was great. Be aware that you have to pay for gas, the driver only works 10hrs a day, and does not sleep on site like the other staff. Overall this villa exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Jamaica. It was my first villa experience but, it won't be my last.

Chef, two personal assistants, housekeeper, and security tending to your every need. Spectacular service. By far the best aspect of this property. Amenities were very nice, but not as modern as you would probably find at a resort hotel. I'd definitely stay again.

Nestled in the hills of St. Mary in the outskirts of Ocho Rios lies Kaikala villa. The villa boasts beautiful views of the ocean and is nestled on an estate of lush Caribbean trees and flowers . Rocky tends to the grounds and ensures that guests enjoy the farm grown treats. The warm, friendly and attentive staff pays attention to detail and caters to your every whim. While Ms. Pauline conjures a wonderful array of local and continental dishes with her skilled staff, Akin the mixologist provides delicious rum punch and other refreshing drinks . In addition, Akin took the time to set our table and create a wonderful ambience for every meal. I can't wait to return to Kaikala in the future . An overall positive experience with an Amazing & friendly staff !!!💜💜💜💜

KaiKala villa is a gorgeous 4-cottage luxury destination with a total of 10 bedrooms and salt water pool. It is surrounded by Jamaican fruit trees and flowers. Within the property are steps that lead to a cliff overlooking the caribbean sea. This was my favorite spot! I enjoyed 7 beautiful days in KaiKala villa with a group of 14 people and I was perfectly comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner set up outside near the pool every morning and night where we would indulge in authentic Jamaican dishes cooked to perfection by the incredible head chef, Mrs. Paulene and her staff. The service could not be better. Hakeen, our butler made sure that we were always comfortable and had everything we needed. He also showed great talents when he expertly decorated the table with plants and flowers found on the property before every meal. From the moment they welcomed us with hugs at our arrival to when we had to leave them they made us feel safe and at home. KaiKala is a wonderful place with lovely people. I will totally recommend them to anyone looking for an enchanting time in Ocho Rios, Jamaica!…
