I left my an item at the hotel and called to ask if housekeeping had found it. A few hours later, I received a call from the hotel's night supervisor to indicate that they had found it and would leave it at the front desk. It is now 3 days and each day the taxi goes to collect it on... more

Just got back yesterday, and it couldn't have been any better. The hotel was great, service was great, good food, great people that work there, great location. Booked with ITravel2000 and and flew Sunwing and for the price of (315 cad) it was worth it. Anybody wanting any info can contact me. more

Breakfast was very basic. Rooms very OK! No elevator. Waterbar. Can't go topless at swimmingpool area, but no problem on the beach, just behind low fence.... Music of Mamma Marleys and hotel at the same time is much too busy! very close to the marketplace and lively centre. more

This is the second time my friend and I have stayed at Rooms. The hotel and security staff are friendly, helpful and always willing to please. We love Rooms because it is right on the beach and within walking distance of shopping, night life, bank machines and markets. We didn't have to take a taxi unless we took special trips... more

Staff is incredibly friendly, professional and very helpful. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, very safe and best of all right on the beach and close to all amenities. Definitely would go back had such a great time! more
