We were booked in C3 a beautiful room. We left the room 1 pm and returned 4pm. Like all hotels you can always read good and bad reviews and like many I didn't expect much of Sandcastles. As it was I was more than pleasantly surprised. I booked an apartment at the resort (D15) direct through Holiday-rentals (http://www.holiday-rentals.co.uk/p220117). I had to request a room change due to the poorly maintained apartment style accomodations, which were spacious but in need of improvement and repair. The 2nd room C!3 was well maintained, new airconditioning units, nicely tiled bathroom. The only thing lacking was a view of the beach. But I'll gladly give up the view for clean and comfortable accomodations.... more
