The amenities were average but the workers and their attitudes were horrible. The female bartender in the nightly show area was disrespectful and rude. She was drinking when we approaches the bar...first bad point and then she totally disregarded us and ran to help a few people that came up after us, never acknowledging that we were there. The female... More

I spent a week at this resort from Aug 9-16. This hotel is very close to the airport which was great after spending 12 hours traveling! When we arrived we were greeted with very friendly staff and drinks! Overall it is a very nice hotel with lots of entertainment, drinks, and food. I loved hanging out on the beach next... More

Loved this hotel! Staff were friendly, place was clean. We went here for my friend's wedding reception. There were 18 people that stayed here and we all loved it.Wasn't a high end hotel, everyone was down to earth and real here.Gave us a real sense of Jamaica. When we come back will definitely stay here again. It was good value for your money. The drinks are super... Overall we enjoyed our trip because we were able to relax and swim. The water was great, however finding an available pair of the hotel's snorkeling equipment was hit-and-miss, bring your own. The water was definitely the best part about the place. It was like swimming in an aquarium, that was wonderful. Saw a stingray one evening from the pier.... More

Hotel near from the airport, just few minutes away. A cab will cost you 15.00$. The check-in is easy and fast thanks to Vaughn and his team, they are doing a great job. Be nice to them and they will welcome you warmly. The bell boys are great, they will bring your luggage to your room with great pleasure. Now its... More

Ignoring the failed air conditioning when we arrived we were soon moved to a cooler room, leaving the rest of the stay perfect. This hotel has something for everyone from the relaxing pools to full on parties if you wish. The staff are lovely and the entertainment as intrusive as you want it to be. A very cosmopolitan hotel with... More

It is amazing what two years and a change in management can do to a property. I once LOVED the Royal Decameron in MoBay (see my 2012 review); now I feel it was the second worst experience in Jamaica (Legends is still the #1 worst experience, but this location is following close behind). Please take heed to what other reviewers... More

I've never been to an all inclusive before. I'm glad for the experience, but I prefer not being tied down to one place. I also don't enjoy laying in the hot sun or hanging around the pool bar. That said, it was good for the price. The water was gorgeous and the sunsets were spectacular when it wasn't raining. We... More
