We loved our stay. Weather was a bit questionnable given the tail effects of Hurricane Ida--many of our nights were rained on. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible swim-up room. Initially they tried to put us in a totally inaccessible room which would not have worked for us whatsoever. Here's the deal with Sandals, if you dont spend a lot to be there they dont care. Go the extra yard and get the butler service. We were able to book dinners an hour before or less and all other activites or spa appts were done quickly. I notice most complaints come from folks who only have concierge or less.... more
