I was quite nervous as I booked this short stay in Montego Bay. The huge bed factories are not for me, but Coyaba had recent TA poor service/attitude reviews. Small resorts are my style and i like greeting staff and being greeted by name. I kept an open mind (as well as a willingness to leave early). Thankfully, there wasn't... More

Stay in the villa. I enjoyed Coyaba cause of the small resort size and we did not have to do all inclusive. I will start with my likes, the size of the resort. The rum punch was good and two is enough. The fitness center was better than most hotels, but I wish they will upgrade their cardio equipment. The... More

If you want very small and friendly, plenty of relaxing and rest, then this is the hotel for you. With only 50 rooms it is not crowded at all. You are served for each meal, Breakfast, Lunch and evening meal with the most exquisit food by the most friendlist staff. We had the most amazing time there. There is a... More

Not far from the airport. Small hotel by resort standards but this makes it more cozy and intimate. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Friendly staff and good service. Good food which includes both Jamaican cuisine and continental stuff.

The rooms are nice, comfortable; the food generally good (breakfast the same every day, lunch also the same but with more varieties, and excellent dinner); very nice sea; BUT the beach is very very small; almost no sports; and the staff very disappointing ! The same person might be in a very bad mood in the morning at the breakfast,... More

Generally we were disappointed with the Coyaba Beach Resort. It started so well with Cocktails and a face towel on arrival at reception. The rooms are a nice size and comfortable and the maids are fantastic. The food generally was good. Breakfast and lunch is the same menu every day but plenty of choice. Dinner there are two options. The... More

I'll start with the positive, the hotel is nice and small, more like a private resort and very relaxed. However, I feel the rooms and public areas really need updating and refurbishing, after all this time they are looking tired now. We saw two cockroaches in the Polo Lounge and everywhere is just looking a bit tired. The service as... More

I am a Jamaican living in the U.S and my husband and take a yearly vacationto Jamaica. We had a relaxing stay at this beautiful resort. However, some staff members (Deandra and another female that work at the front desk were not very helpful or very accommodating. I expect the person checking me in to be cheerful and informative, however... More

Definitely worth it's 4 star rating. If the depth of the beach water was greater it would be a 5 star in my opinion. Everyone was extremely nice. It is very peaceful, there are only 50 rooms so everyone gets to know each other like family, the food was good and the property is beautifully maintained. While I know most... More

Coyaba was an amazing beach resort with a fabulous staff. The feeling of warmth hit me as soon as I walked in. The beach and the pool were relaxing and the food was fabulous. The view from our room was a view of tranquility and peace. Can't wait to go back!
