We've stayed at Coyaba two years in a row and have never been disappointed with any part of it. Entire staff was most helpful and very friendly and could not do enough for us. Upon returning on our second visit we were greeted like long lost friends. The beach was immaculate, Bongo is just a delight, Gladstone and Barbara and... More

Hotel and facilities are lovely. Not much in the way of variety on their restaurant menus, however it's well located to reach surrounding restaurants. One thing I will say is the staff at the hotel require some serious customer service training. Everything appears a complete inconvenience when you ask for anything, be it a drink from the bar, ice or... More

We stayed from 6 December until 17 December. Was a nice room. Beach was on the small side, food was good. Depending on who served you it took between 0h30 h and 1h30 before you got your main course at the evening dinner. We had a late flight home and could just order drinks until 3 o'clock. (is this All... More

The hotel is cozy and has about 50 rooms. The beach is not big but you can get your own space to relax. The water wasn't great because of what they called a seastorm. Every day a team tried to remove the algae but the effort of the workers wasn't very impressive. Our experience is somewhat mixed. The room was... More

This resort was booked through RCI in exchange for our two bedroom unit at Club Regina, Cabo San Lucas. We decided to try a new destination and decided on Montego Bay Jamaica. The resort was booked with all inclusive. I had called the hotel ahead of our arrival and they did not give the cost of all inclusive and we... More

My husband and I stayed at Coyaba for three nights and having read some of the other reviews, I was not sure what type of experience to expect. We checked in and the staff was friendly and welcoming providing us cold towels and a rum punch. We had a beautiful room on the second floor overlooking the ocean with plenty... More

We only stayed one night here because we were disappointed with the beach area. There was a lot of seaweed, algae and sea urchins and we had been looking forward to swimming and snorkelling, so we left for somewhere else. It is a small hotel and beginning to show its age. It could do with a makeover. We didn't care... More

We stayed here for 14 days / B&B in the beginning of this month. The Hotel is nice, clean and very quite, but it has serious problems with the staff attitude. (from management level to the restaurant/bar staff) Only the room attendants and few staff member are friendly and helpful with guests. We went to Jamaica to live one of... More

For the cost of the "all-inclusive" plan, the hotel needs improvement on staff attitude, beach appearance, room decor, food, entertainment, and overall ensuring their guests are happy with the vacation experience at the hotel. OR drop the price! Not returning...

Out of all the hotels I've stayed Coyaba Beach resort is by far my favorite. They staff makes you feel like family. We had our wedding there three years ago and I must say it was everything We wanted. We recently visited again and I was amazed that all the staff remembered us, the welcome we received was heart warming.... More
