You really get the chance to relax here. Staff are amazing and staying on the west wing means you're close to the pool which is great if you have kids. We got upgraded to one of the beach cabana because of a silly error and it was amazing. My 5-yr old could go directly to the beach from the room and there was a tiki bar right there (for us, parents). The waterpark is great and I would come back for that and the proximity to the airport.

i went to jamaica for my 1st time with my 3 sisters and we loved the sunset beach resort and spa. the drinks kept coming and food was always available. everyone was so friendly and helpful. i recommend the excursion to john's hall plantation. a little hiking but very good for sampling local food and information. loved it!
