The reason that I am not rating this hotel as grand is because of the restaurants. When we got there on Sunday we were told the restaurants were al booked for Sun Mon and Tues and we would have to eat the the buffet. After much grieve and time on our part we finally did get reservations at the restaurants.... more

Amazing, truly amazing. We were upgraded to Ocean Front room upon arrival when they found out we were on our honeymoon. The first night I ordered a bubble-bath and the turn-down maid also left a note congratulating us, spread rose petals all over the bed, and sprinked rose petals on our bubble-bath as well. I'm so glad we used tripadvisor! We based our vacation soley upon the reviews and ratings. We stayed at the Iberostar Grand. It was without a doubt one of the very best vacations we have ever had.
