Stayed in Jamaica for 2 weeks. Spent 3 nights at the Knutsford Court Hotel. You get complimentary breakfast. Had that one morning and then ordered traditional Jamaican breakfast the day I was leaving. You have to pay for this though. Appx $600JA. The pool is a bit too public so I didnt use it this year. (used it last year... more

I've stayed at the Knutsford Court hotel a few times now for business, with mixed experiences. The conference facilities are good and the service can be very friendly but some members of staff are distinctly less helpful and friendly than others. The internet works well and the courtyard area is pleasant, although the view from the rooms facing outside is... more

Stayed here for 2 weeks on business. The rooms are clean, the staff are very competent. The food is ok, but not great. The pool is very public, but fine. The Gym is pretty good. There is wireless for 10US a day extra. Overall the place has a motel feel. It’s an adequate business hotel, or upper budget range, Fine... more

This is my first stay at the Knutsford Court Hotel in Kingston and I liked it. I was surprised that the prices were so low for the quality that the hotel had to offer as compared to the other hotels in Kingston. The resort atmosphere was refreshing in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable... more

We stayed at the Knutsford about a year ago and vowed "never again," but had no other choice during the World Cup Cricket Tournament in Kingston in March-April 2007. We had hoped that this world event would spur some improvements. Sometimes it can bring out the best --- or the worst. The best: The quality and service in The Melting... more

I've stayed here a few times because my budget would not stretch to the Courtleigh. It's okay. Bar staff are great. If vacationing a couple of nights is okay but I see it mainly as a business hotel if you are on a bit of a tight budget. The Courtleigh is nicer and so is the Hilton but they are... more

This hotel's location is not the best, would not recommend walking outside after dark. There are drug dealers and other seedy elements nearby.Front desk staff needs hospitality training. The room had chipped bathroom tiles, dirty grout and yellow stains on the ceiling. The plumbing needs updating. No work desk in room as advertised. No elevators available. Basic but adequate continental breakfast included... more

I stayed at the Knutsford Court Hotel earlier this month. At first, I found the hotel itself and the service to be great. I suppose that for Kingston, this is an excellent hotel, but with with broken down internet, broken washing machines (plus they charge you $5.00 US to wash and another $5 to dry a load yourself) , and... more

I was vacationing at another hotel in the New Kingston area, and a friend of mine invited me have dinner at Knutsford Court. I welcomed the invitation as I thought that this would be a great experience. The first thing that struck me was that the place seemed desolate. However, I liked the property and thought that if this place... more
