“Exceeded Expectations”

This hotel exceeded expectations. While it is not a new hotel, my room seemed to be renovated and carpets in the corridor seemed brand new - and smelt new also. Bath & body toiletries, new bath tub and finishes. The service was good, but expect a long checkout process.

“The 'Professional Photos' for this hotel are misleading.”

The Pegasus is what happens when you build a hotel in the 80s and don't spend a cent maintaining it. My room was dirty, loud, in desperate need of a refit and lacked basic amenities.
