My husband and I first stayed at the Portside Villa Resort in 1999; since then whenever I go to Jamaica, this is my port of call. The people, the view, the ambience were all delectable!!Fruit trees right outside my door, neighborhood grocery store less than a four minute walk away, fully furnished living quarters. This means we ate very well for less, able to prepare my own dishes.Personnel was unbelievable!!
Whatever we could not finf, we asked whomever may have been working the yard or front desk (didn't matter) and we had whatever we needed. Need a personal driver??Make a connection and they were there at your service 24/7I stay no other place but here. After a good meal or sometimes before, I opened my door walked outside and had ocean front beach under my feet. Good restaurant on site, good drink, fun water equipment (jet skis, boats etc.), you could fish from the pier...I could go on and on but try and find out for yourself!! more
