The staff and management team always greeted you, they sent porters to the store if you needed them to and... more

Nice friendly staff, some problems communicating, since most of the staff speaks Creole or French. The food was good, especially the flan, the fish, and the Haitian Sweet Potatoes. The ice water was welcome after a long, hot day at our mission clinic, and the A/C was wonderful. We never did figure out how to adjust the A/C controls, so... more

The only problem that I had is the telephone (intercom) service. From your room, there is no phone or intercom to order anything. If you need something from the office, you have to walk... more

Living in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, for thirteen long years I did not set foot on my native country, Haiti. So after a tiresome and quite busy school year, as a teacher, I decided to change my surroundings. I found myself staying in this friendly hotel in Delmas, Haiti. It was a delightful way to enjoy my vacations. I spent two... more

My first visit. The outside of the hotel and grounds are lovely. The rooms are basic, but very clean. Fresh, filtered ice water provided daily. Furnishings are dated, but comfortable. Bring your own pillow! As expected, electricity was "iffy," but the AC stayed on from approximately 5:00 pm until 7:00 a.m. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Food was very... more

I HATED the hotel. I went there and was told that due to the electric system in Haiti they don't gurantee ac during the day but definitley at 9pm. But they said there would be a fan. I thought that was great they gave me the heads up on this no problem. We get to the room there is no... more
