Spent 2 nights here for our wedding anniversary in July. The hotel is in a quiet location and our room was spacious and well furnished. We had dinner on one evening which was delicious with a varied menu. Breakfast was good although I would have liked some fresh fruit and yoghurt on the buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful.... We stayed on an Amazon deal and it was really good value for money. The food in the restaurant although a limited menu was really nice and very well presented as was the breakfast. The room we stayed in was large but could have benefited with a little more attention to detail, eg, a headboard on the bed, a better... More

We came here to walk along the lovely coastal path and were very very pleased with what we found. The food is enjoyable and very well presented and the room that we were allocated has obviously been restyled and revamped and although the bed is a little hard for us it was nothing that kept us awake! The bathroom is... More

We booked an overnight stay here at a cost of around £89 after searching online for hotels in the area. Ty Glyn seemed really nice and therefore appeared to be very good value. Unfortunately that's where the good points end! We arrived at the car park and the building exterior and gardens looked really nice. We walked inside and instantly... More

A lovely friendly hotel, great to use as a base for lots of surrounding beaches, Aberaeron, New Quay, Aberystwyth, shopping at Cardigan. The hotel in places needs a bit of attention but they addressing this. The evening menu was small but had something for every palate and cooked to perfection we could not fault it. The breakfast was also cooked... More

We used a Groupon voucher to stay here for two nights, one dinner, two breakfasts and one afternoon tea.....all for £108..... . From the beginning the staff were all very friendly and nice. They advertise as a restaurant with 10 rooms.....and the food is really really good....especially the seabass....the chef is definetely better than three star, which is what they... More

Hotel is in lovely quiet location. Staff are friendly. The set menu in the evening is very good and offers a good choice. The breakfast is also very good. The rooms we had were large and the beds were comfortable.

We needed to be in this area and as luck would have it a kgb offer was available covering the relevant time. This was fortunate as we would never have found this lovely little hotel otherwise-it is way off the beaten track but certainly worth finding. the hotel is only small and refers to itself as"A restaurant with rooms". The... More

What a lovely hotel! We stayed here 24-26 June 2014. We had a lovely room overlooking the front of the hotel. Room was ample with a spare bed. Lovely decoration with prints and photo's of the local area by local artists adorning the walls - some of which can be purchased from the hotel. We had tea and scones on... More
