This hotel has lovely, comfortable rooms. Located in a shopping mall where only very few shops were opened. Website advertised GYM, but there was none. Security guards were teenages who where hardly at there post. I asked the manager/supervisor (very young lady) for a 10% discount because there was no GYM for use during stay. Stayed during the Cricket World Cup, so we paid above the high season rate printed in the hotel brochure. Rooms are extremely modern and the bathroom is very nice. However the hotel is very strangely located within a shopping mall (and not a very good one at that). There are no beach facilities such as chairs etc, and no pool.... more

The bad points first. Booked the room on the hotel website, then received a phone call to say that the price on the hotel website was incorrect and that the correct price was $250 a night. Refused, they called back to confirm can have room at price already confirmed. The charge for the hotel was taken out before I even... more
