A Dump ! Dirty, Rude Staff, Bad food, Small rooms, Small dirty pool. Arrived late in the evening on 26 December 2008. Rooms were small and bathroom had an Ant problem. When we ordered food and drink at the Pool restaurant we were told numerous items on the menu were not available and the cocktail we ordered were not included... more

We stayed at the Coyaba in early November and arrived to find the hotel already decked out for Christmas! Add to this a friendly welcome in the intimate lobby and everything looked positive until we were shown to our room.... We had booked last minute, about 1 week before, and knew we had a limited choice of rooms as the... more

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks over Xmas 2008 and thought the location of the hotel was excellent. There is ample room around the resort including enough sun beds for everyone. The pool was small and dirty, We only saw it cleaned once during our 2 week stay, compared to other hotels we have been to. The... more

First time stay at this hotel and would go back anytime. We arrived New Year's day 09 and had nothing but good service, food and weather for two weeks. Staff were very friendly, Roderick and Randy would always ask how thing were whenever they saw you. Food was excellent, different choice every day and not the same menu as the... more

Last visited this hotel as a family of 8 in Dec 2006 and thought it was excellent value for money. Hotel had reopened Feb 2006, Returned for a 2 week stay arriving 25/12/08 for 2 weeks. Wow it was even better. So good to see Roderick once again after a long flight. Rum punch and cold towels on offer. We... more

Just got back from Christmas vacation in Grenada. Had the week booked at the Coyaba but checked out after the first night.Very unfriendly people and ownership and the food was horrible and the bird dropppings in the breakfast buffet were too much to take. Pool was small and filthy. Rooms were small and plumbing did not work. Spend your money... more

I stayed at Coyaba Beach for a couple of days at Xmas time, and for those who like to get ripped off, it's just perfect for you. The owners are local, and they will soak you every which way you look. The rooms are O.K, but small, the pool is small and not always clean, & the restaurant is the... more

Stayed one week on an all inclusive package, and wished it could have been longer. Staff were without exception incredibly helpful and the food was excellent. Good-sized room and good beach. Some watersports and a gym but other facilities and evening entertainment were limited. However, this is a great little place for a quiet getaway on an outstandingly nice island. more

Location - in the middle of Grand Anse beach, set in beautiful gardens that lead onto the beach. The pool is small but there are acres of room on the beach. The beach vendors are about but dont hassle you. There are local shops within a couple of minutes walk that can supply anything you forgot. Rooms - spacious, clean... more

In any part of the world, you get what you pay for. The surprise at the Coyaba is that you get more. Which is nice. It's family-run (it shows), reasonably priced and (in our view) over-delivers for what you pay. The hotel is set on Grande Anse beach, which is just beautiful. It's calm, clean and big, with soft white... more
