The Todoblanco is a very cute hotel next to the beach. The staffs is friendly and helpful. The manager Maurizio knows everything you should and would like to know about excursions, restaurants etc. The rooms are designed to take advantage of the wind to give a comfortable atmosphere in the room and an air condition is hardly to recommend. Be aware that, as the hotel is Italian run, most of the other guests are Italian. The staff too speak Italian rather than English (no problem if you speak Spanish of course!). Todo Blanco is a beautiful, Italian run hotel in Las Galeras in the Dominican Republic. The grounds are well manicured, and breakfast is included.
