“Indifferent service creates disappointing experience”

We came here as part of a business/pleasure trip; although we hadn't picked the resort, we had high hopes, which were sadly dashed upon arrival. First, the room wasn't ready (which happens); then the keys to the room didn't work; then it took them over 2 hours to figure out where they put our luggage (delivered to the wrong room!!!!).... These 3 gentlemen at the Naos/Market Grill restaurants were the most pleasant and attentive my wife and I have experienced in quite a while. I can't say enough about how enjoyable they made our meal. They also took time to teach us Spanish

We had an excellent dinner tonight at Mole! The service by Jorge Luis was outstanding and the food was out of this world. Definitely get the Guacamole and the Yucatan tacos. It is our first night here and we look forward to more of the same tomorrow!

“Nice resort but rooms could use some updating”

We came here for a wedding in May and the resort was nice. We stayed in a garden-view room, but I was surprised how dated the rooms were for a "5 Star" resort. “Very happy”

Stayed at paradisus Palma real in may 2013. Very impressed. Would recommend the Royal Service with special accommodations and your own private butler. Our butler Dahwart Corderon did a great job, was very attentive and worked very hard to make out stay enjoyable.
