A ripoff! For what they charge we expected luxury-what we got was horrible service,terrible food,1/2 the restuarants areclosed, BED BUGS ALL OVER,the staff has no idea of what you want and could not care less. I would suggest staying at Eden (NH) next door for less than 1/2 the price.! more

First of all, this is an all-inclusive hotel. If you are looking for a great food experience, or lot's of choices, etc, don't go; it's like most cruises.
