We booked a room here after reading a positive Lonely Planet review. Is it possible that an otherwise sane Lonely Planet reviewer lost his or her mind? Entirely! Sueno, AKA"Wellness blah,blah,blah" all inclusive plan doesn't cut it in so many ways. My husband and I stayed at this resort the first two weeks of October this year. We were told that we were booked into the Orquidea Club, which is part of the Tropical Clubs, Bavaro, but when we arrived we were in the Sueno Resort & Spa. We'll stay here for 8 days. It is a cool hotel, it's nice you have choice for swimming in 3 pools and eating in 2 restaurants. There's also a fitness/wellness centre, a little supermarket (pay with peso's) and a computer with internet.
