We stayed here this week. I'll give as much detail as possible. It's almost all open air. Smoking is "acceptable" everywhere other than rooms (if you choose not to, that is), the elevators, store and (inside) Cohiba. But because it's open air, it's not a pungent smoke smell. Sitting outside the restaurant (eating area) it bothered me that there was... More

I am 62 and have been to several all inclusives and too many cruises to count. Yes the rooms are old but hell so am I. The staff was friendly. Apparently some of the reviewers confuse rudeness and the staff's inability to speak their language. Sure a lot of the meals were similar, but always with a few new things.... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and we were disappointed in the outdated rooms, few choices for dinner at night, and the staff in the buffett were rude and unfriendly. The hotel property smelled like sewage as well. The front desk staff were very friendly and nice but everything else was a total dissapointment. The... More

Dear guest, We were concerned to note that we failed to live up to your expectations in such an important moment in your life as your honeymoon. At our front desk we are committed to give all our clients a warm welcome from the moment they arrive at our resorts so we are really glad you took your time to... More

I am so sorry to post this but others need to be fully aware as we just returned last night. Any and all positive features of this resort are completely cancelled out due to the overwhelming and ongoing sewage odor issues. This is not only an outdoor issue. The fumes somehow seep into many of their rooms and it is... More

We check in at 3:00PM and check back out the next morning at 7:00AM. The food was not fit for a dog to eat. Flies flying around the food. Lettuces was left in water, tasted like dish soap . The pancakes and eggs cook on a nasty oven, the food tasted burned. The glasses was dirt. The drinks was not... More

We booked this trip with 2 other couples and were nervous after reading all of the mixed reviews. This place is disgusting and after one LONG night of sleeping we all paid $540 to upgrade to the RIU Palace Punta Cana so we could enjoy our remaining 6 days. We arrived to Naiboa around 3pm and were given a room... More

Arrived to Naiboa on April 4th for 14 days vacations. They gave me the room 168 looking at the back (it stinks from water that don't move) and 2 big fans from the restorant next to the balcony making loud noise. I couldn't use the balcony because of the smell and also couldn't sleep at night from the noise from... More

My husband and I, along with 5 other friends, stayed at this resort the week of April 11-18. It is not a 5 star resort, but we didn't pay for a 5 star resort either. The resort was clean, close enough to walk to the beach, chairs available daily both at the pool & at the beach, and had a... More

I came for a week with my girlfriends and we had a great time. The staff was very friendly to us and there was always someone in the lobby to help with recommendations and finding fun things to do. The lobby was surprisingly clean at all times considering people were constantly coming through from the pool or the beach. Although... More

My family and I stayed at this resort from March 21 to 28th 2015. First of all it is not a family resort, lots of drinking and partying, not something somebody with a young famay would enjoy. We were not impressed with the staff, the first night they gave us a room right above the entertainment knowing that we had... More
