This Hotel does not have the quality of a 5 star! The rooms are oldie, the food not bad but the service on the restaurants has very bad. I saw the reviews of this hotel and I ignored all of them but now I can say that's the true. The hotel has no food (just burgers and pasta), the pools aren't clean the ehnvirement is terrible. Forget this hotel! more

Have stayed at many Riu's, love them, but this one was the worst. This resort was rated a 5 star, but it certainly wasn't a 5, more like a 3 1/2 at best. First room was old and moldy smelling, so we got moved to another section about 5 hrs. later. We went to the beach with our money etc.... more
