Just returned July 3 from one week at Club Med. Stayed in the family suites with concierge service, etc. Beautiful rooms, gorgious views of the water, attentive concierge staff, private infinity pool for suites only-would definitely recommend the splurge. After getting a lot of semi-good reviews this resort seems to be getting quite a few one or two paragraph reviews giving it 5 stars for everything. Also the people writing these reviews created thier id's the same day. It's pretty easy to find the real reviews vs these promo reviews. Pretty sad on Club Med's part. more

The resort lies in the most beautiful part of the island- the almost private lagoon is paradise. The renovated rooms, restaurant and bar made the vacation remarkable and showed the Dominican culture as well as the more than friendly local employees. Also, thanks to Bobby and Maja for a great stay. I will be back in no time. more
