Our time in Punta Cana was delicious despite a few hiccups on the hotel's part. Clearly the hotel was not ready to open in May. It may be completed now, however. We stayed a week at the end of Sept. The weather was high 80's and sunny everyday despite forecasts of showers everyday. The resort is still in "soft opening" but there are still plenty of activities to do. The pools and beach were outstanding. The food and beverages were all-inclusive and were very good. Moon Palace is a gargantuan property. It's a bit too big for our taste. When we visited, it was still in its soft opening phase, so there were very few people on the property. This resort is top notch! Everything from service, food, beach, pools, gym, and spa. We visited during the off season, so the total guest count was low.
