As you've read: fabulous pools, beaches, rooms, property. Very difficult dealing with front desk several times. Difficult to change 20-dollar bills for tips. Enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Elegance. Fantastic large room, great housekeeping staff, grounds were exceptionally clean, and there were so many choices to dine. Roberto was the best bartender. Check him out at the lobby bar!
