All of the poor reviews were on point. Rudest staff we have ever encountered, read policies on line, but were different when you got there, for example slacks for gentlemen in the restaraunt, no sandals for men and no shorts for women. Our children under 18 were not allowed in as we were told it was 12 and up. As... More

We stayed at this resort the first 2 weeks in April and had a lovely time The suite we stayed in had a mezzinine floor bedroom which felt like we were sleeping in a cocoon , brilliant! The resort was quite nice, clean and kept up. Food and service was excellent! Our only complaint was the room we had, 6913...it was not 5 star in our opinion, very outdated and smelt very musty! I had to wash everything when I arrived home to get the musty smell out of our clothes, even the ones we didn't wear!... More

The food was awesome!!! Gym was great, around dinner time its the busiest but early mornings it was fine. The Spa looked amazing.
