Our stay was Feb 10-17. We arrived late due to plane technicalities - but that's an issue with West Jet. The resort was beautiful and staff was amazing. We upgraded after the first night, as we were disappointed with our older room - Junior Suites. We settled on a swim up room on the Deluxe side which is much newer.... more

Stayed in a Romance swimup suite that was perfect.Check in was a breeze..our butlers,Rudolfo, Rameraz, Nickalus and Edwardo were the best. We miss our new friends.
