Our price of a very affordable $135/night USD included 3 hours of sailing each morning with awesome Alejandro. We stayed 4 nights and sailed three mornings.Never experienced a sailing adventure before, and was very impressed. The facility is very intimate with a B&B style feel to it. The breakfasts were awesome and cozy with the other patrons out of the 8... More

Casa de Campa is a fancy, wealthy, gated resort. Opulent, well planned, heavily secured, expansive with all the bells and whistles that the priveleged seek. I ended up there for a conference and feel very fortunate to have found the Sailing House, which is a basic, concrete block structure with a back packer feel and super nice staff. Great breakfast, nice rooms... More

This small and clean place was a great place. It felt like a college dorm with great friendly staff that maintained the place very clean, homemade breakfast made by Clara, sailing instructor Alejandro was great instructor. My daughter and I was able to enjoy the clean and clear beach and pool at Casa de Campo and Alto de Chavon without... More

We have stayed as a group at the Sailing House two different times as a group and both times we were more than pleased with the accomodations and the wonderful staff. Breakfast is great, the sailing is fantastic and it is a great way to stay in Casa de Campo. It was also a good place for us ot have... More

The rooms are very clean and well designed to give you the best for your budget without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Today I left the sailing hotel & school with true nostalgia al over me. The people working there made my stay a wonderful experience to remember. Mario´s crew -Mario is the italiano in charge- is phenomenal. Mirta at the... More

After a one night stay at Casa de Campo hotel we moved to the Sailing House. We were so glad we did. You have the same access to all of casa de campo highlights (playa minitas, marina, altos de chavon etc). We did the 3 hour sailing class with Alejandro and loved it, this is a must for everyone. The... More

Its the most simple but well ubicated little hotel in the world, it's ubicated inside Casa de Campo Complex( there are a lot of villas and Mansions of millonaire people & a luxury hotel there), you will be in the same place but less expensive. This place is a Sailing School( Scola Di Vela) and they have only 8 rooms,... More

The sailing school at casa de campo has 8 simple yet perfect rooms. Everything is very clean and run by friendly and helpful Italians. The hotel, being inside Casa de Campo (one of the world's largest and most luxurious compounds) allows you to feel extremely safe night and day. It's possible to just take a stroll to the nearby marina.... More

I would highly recommend a stay here. As with most places in the area, unless you are flying into the local La Romana airport, it is not easy to get to, but well worth it. The sailing school is located at the marina in Casa de Campo, a huge luxury resort of manicured roads and enormous villas. The rooms are... More

The Casa de Campo Sailing House is a simple place but very nice and relaxing, with the possibility to sail every day. The rooms are clean and the staff is smart and friendly. It is the perfect place to stay if you enjoy active holidays. The house is near the Casa de Campo Marina a fantastic area where you can... More
