Well this hotel has got good and bad points so i will start at the beginning. When you first arrive in Puerto Plata airport you have got to fill in 2 forms a white one for the whole group and a blue one for each person but I will advise you to pick up spare forms as you will need... more

this is a nice hotel in a really good resort. however, at the weekend all the locals come to stay and it turns into the wild west. someone described them as locusts. they come in, destroy the place, eat and drink everything, and then leave. if you are booked into this hotel. change it now. more
