This resort was by far the best we have stayed at in the last 5 years. The people were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The food was excellent and there was plenty to eat. We had 2 - 2 bedroom apartments. They over looked the smaller pool and the Italian Restaurant.... more

We made the trip to the DR with eleven and fifteen year old girls. A great week had by all, loads to do, especially to keep the kids busy. To make this review short and sweet: The Lifestyle Hacienda Resort in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic was by far the best resort we have visited in the last 6 years. We would go back in a heartbeat. Please keep up the great work!!! more

We (my husband & I in one room and our grown daughter next door), had the most marvelous week. The resort is immaculate, luxurious and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Miriam, the bartender, is the sweetest, happiest, most knowledgable (she's been there 11 yrs) person you will ever meet. The guest relations, Yenise and Lucia are sweet and so helpful.... more
