The rooms are dirty, the staff unattentive and management non-existent. The staff will smile and promise you anything you ask, just don's expect to get anything. In short, the beach is beautiful as are the outside grounds of the playa dorada. The unrenovated rooms are moldy and have mildew in the bathrooms. The service is non existent.
