Some people will complain about everything. After reading several reviews on here I was a little nervous about what the resort would be like. This resort was amazing and the staff work so hard! Everyone in my group of seven were really happy with the resort. For the money that we paid it was more than worth it. more

We stayed in a room that had no air conditioner for 3 days the room had a funny smell the bed was broken when we arrived to the room we noticed that the a/c was not working so we gave them a complaint about it they never came to send no one to check then the next day we complianed... more

A good 3 star for what you pay. We just returned from a one week vacation at the Hotetur Dorado Club. It certainly isn't a five star but then again, it doesn't proclaim to be one. The rooms were ok. We have just returned from 3 weeks all inclusive at Dorado Resort. We were really attracted by the price at about £18 per day. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel of which I did not expect much. The room was big with bedroom, bathroom with hot shower & balcony. OK it was not 5* (the sink was painted white)... more

stay away from this resort; dirty, musty, windows and patio doors don't open. received bed bug bites, first night there. found 3" cockroach in our room the next morning. beds stink to musty smell. food is very repeatitive. walk to beach is trying to go thru muddy path of another resort. noisy shopping mall beside rooms. owners are nor repairing... more
