Where to start with this hotel... Firstly you couldn't fault the staff, they were brilliant, Any requests were dealt with straight away and the cleaners put in 100% effort. Nice siting and nice people. Heavens, those staff and entertainers worked hard. Overall though the holiday was not to the standard I expected from Riu. Accommodation nice size and air-con just about did a reasonable job when set set at max cooling. Fridge antiquated and rusty, choked with frost/ice. No ice box. Local drinks only.
