We had a great time at the Iberostar. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated: Jhanna at check in, Kennedy at the marketplace buffet, and Shakira, Maria, Sexy Face and Laptop from the Entertainment staff.

An Iberostar hotel is very much a no frills hotel, which is fine up until a few years ago when the quality tends to drop off and the prices sky rocket. For us it is the little things that make our holiday. Good food and drinks are a must. Now this is where it all starts to let itself down... More

Great place, very clean,great grounds etc. the Brazilian a la carte was my favorite. Our kids are 3 1/2 and 1 1/2 and they had a complete blast! The kids club was a lifesaver and the shows were great. I will definitely return!
