Very nice hotel in the centre of zona colonial, close to all sights and 2 minutes to pedestrian street. Historical house, atmospheric. Clean and big rooms with lot of candles and small fresh flowers. Comfortable beds. Big bathrooms, nice towels. All rooms have fan and AC. Small bottle of drinking water is provided. Good sleep as all rooms are in... More

Great location and charming building. The receptionist left us in registration to write a welcome card to place in our room along with lighted candles. So sweet! The walls are thin and every breath and murmur can be heard.

What a fantastic place to stay! Perfect location in the Zona Colonial, near shopping, restaurants and landmarks. The hotel is clean, warm, and nicely appointed. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. And the price is right. A beautiful, peaceful lodging option.

We only stayed for one night. El Beaterio is really nicely located in the Zone Colonial. The hotel is in an old building, which is decorated in a colonial-style. The service was okay, except for the breakfast experience. The room is accessed from the hotels Patio, a nice back-yard, where the residents can relax. It is also kept in colonial-style.... More

I stayed here for two nights, and found the hotel very satisfactory. They had arranged for the pick up from the airport, and I reached here safely. The best part of the hotel was its proximity to the Colonial Zone. The First Cathedral and the Parque Colon are within a short five mins walk. The room was nice, and the... More

We spent just one night at this hotel before our flight home, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is just beautiful, so quaint and full of character. You feel like you are staying in a museum! Sitting out in the courtyard was so relaxing and comfortable, and the roof patio upstairs is just lovely. The location is great -... More

I originally was going to stay at Casa Del Sol, but was somewhat forced out of my room (with advance notice) due to a large booking. I'm now very glad this happened, as I chose to spend a little extra money and stay at El Beaterio instead. It was worth it. Hotel is beautiful. Staff very friendly, some of them... More

My fiancee and I chose El Beaterio for its location on a quiet street within the Zona Colonial and for its historic character. As we walked around the old city, the hotel was always within just a couple blocks, so we could stop back in whenever we wanted without having to go much out of our way. We were impressed... More

The beauty of this hotel well exceeded my expectations, even after seeing others’ photos and descriptions. The rooftop terrace and ground floor atrium and lobby are extremely pleasant places to sit and read a book or have a drink. Every one of the staff I had contact with was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is perfect: not too close... More
