This isn't a hotel, its a small collection of mini-apartments, so if you want a front desk, look elsewhere. Our room was very roomy and had a wrap around balcony that gave a good view of the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful when you could find them but you're pretty much on your own. Small but functional...
