Staff was accomodating and easy to reach, free breakfast completely exceeded my expectations with eggs, bacon, nice coffee and exotic juices. Wifi all over the hotel and a computer for guests was also a big plus. Finally location was unbeatable..definitely coming back here :))!!!

Great location. Staff needs to learn to speak some English. Housekeeping is great. Rooms are great. Price, book on line don't do a walk in. a walk in will cost you about $30 more pernight. Guests mare charged $17.00 to visit your room. They don't tell you this up front. Front desk personnel not very helpful. Free breakfast is ok....

I have been to Santo Domingo several times and only this time that I truly appreciate the hotel. It is in El Conde and everything is in very close proximity for shopping, tourist sites, clubs. The manager of the hotel is French and very approachable. My room was immaculate everyday and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Very happy indeed.
