Holiday Inn is going strong here. This is my 2nd visit in 2 yrs and was 3 nights. Mid sized property feels like boutique due to smallish lobby, front entrance, and fitness ctr. “Everything you need”

I stayed here while on business and was very impressed by this hotel. It even has a spa - though unfortunately I couldn't get a booking there as they were full up when I arrived. Clean and comfortable, I very much recommend it.

Beautiful well appointed room. Friendly and helpful english speaking staff. Plenty of english language TV, free wireless, nice food choices in the hotel's stylish restaurant, and a beautiful bar. Whats not to like? A real good choice for a business traveller to Santo Domingo.

“Best alternative for business in Town”

If you are in a business trip, this is the place. Excellent service and brand new amenities. The staff is very friendly and always wiling to help. The rooms are very comfortable with complementary wifi and a Nespresso for coffee lovers.

Very welcoming and accommodating check in staff. Stayed in a room on the 9th floor. very clean and spacious. Good size bathroom, good water pressure in the shower. “Superb staff attitude is not enough”

Behind a superb staff, I've found many miserly aspects: Very poor internet access included in the rate. If you manted more speed you had to pay. Staff is amazing and always willing to help. Lots of spa to have a quite coffee and a breakout meeting. Meet atyou the pool roof area after theyou kid leave and enjoy a cool view of the city.
