My wife and I have stayed here on 5 separate trips to Santo Domingo while visiting family in the capital. Rooms are always clean, staff is friendly, and we have been upgraded 4/5 trips to the suites on the end of the building overlooking the pool area. An excellent hotel- well worth it's 4 stars. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great swimming pool over the lobby has wide views over the Caribbean. Only minor fault was a dud battery in the safe which staff sorted out within 15 minutes. more
