The cheapest place where we ever stayed in Dominica: about 21 US$ for one night. But you get what you pay for! No glass in the windows, only plastic blinds. No air conditioning, no ceiling fan. My father booked this room for us as our honeymoon present. When we arrived the owner said that he wasn't expecting us although my dad had sent a 20% deposit. Room was not clean, filled with insects. The worst was US folks charged much, much more.Warm water was only available in the morning. There was two steps up to bathroom/shower, great for stumbling at night. Found huge cockroach in bathroom. Towels brought every other day and left on chair as there is no place in bathroom.Restaurant had no menu, so what to order and what would be... more
