We both have traveled extensively and can say that the value and service offered here are on par with the ritziest hotels and spas in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. This hotel is supposedly on some list of leading hotels. It should not be. Front desk staff were very rude. Rooms were ok, but they gave us a room with construction starting at 8am every morning. And these room do not have windows in the bathroom, so very noisy. They would not move us. Definitely would not stay here again.... more

The hotel is a very quaint, laid back place. Well kept and clean, and the staff friendly. The restaurant food seems slightly above averate. However, I am suprised how expensive the hotel is.
