The Pelikaan Hotel is rather run down. $60 USD/night is pretty cheap for Curacao b/c it's an expensive place. We just laughed b/c there were so many crazy things in this hotel. Ex. pink gum covering the peephole, brackets on the bathroom wall for the mirror, but no mirror, kleenex plugging a hole in the ceiling, and a jerry-rigged a/cunit...
