Bahia Appartments are not a hotel type of accommodation. This is a complex of privately owned, self-catering appartments. The best thing about it is its location, on the cliff with magnificent view and easy access to the best, in my opinion, beach on the island. Lagun is sleepy village, where nobody will disturb you. However, be aware that you'll need a car if you decide to stay there. This place is far away from shops, restaurants and night life.
The beach in Lagun is like private. Only you, couple of other guests and some fishermen who have their fishing boats there. Well, it gets crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, but it's the same on every beach on Curacao.
Thea and Peter, who own the complex, try to give a personal service to each guest. They are helpful whenever their guest have requests. They organize airport transfers, car rental, diving excursions, etc.
