The hotel itself is gorgeous and the landscaping simply great. Cleanliness was at its highest where staff were always cleaning from the rooms to the pool area/beach area to the grounds of the resort. The staff were amazing , service with a "genuine" smile is their way and nothing less. No expectations for tips and this was such a treat.... more

The 3 worst things about the resort: 1. Mosquitoes. The hotel was trying to control them using early morning and evening "fog spraying" but it wasn't working. We couldn't stay out a night. 2. The distance from the hotel to the beach. Quite a long walk on a boardwalk though large bushes.. which I assume harbour a lot of mosquitoes.... more
