I stayed at this hotel for my Honeymoon. The resort is amazing and clean. Some of the staff were rude and obnoxious and some other staff were lovely and helpful. After requesting a move from the Paradisus Varadero as there was no pool open, thank goodness we did, there was no comparison. The staff were all friendly.
