Overall our experience at Club Karey was fine. We decided not to go with a 4 or 5 star hotel as we decided to use the resort as a home base while we created our own things to do in Cuba. Overall I would say the hotel IS BARELY a 3 star hotel but none the less is fairly decent... more

I have to say that if you're looking for great people, new friends, friendly staff, awesome adventures off the resort like Safari then this is the place to stay. Just returned from the worst experience I have ever encountered when travelling. The rooms are disgusting. The bathroom is too revolting to even try to explain. The hotel reception staff could care less if you are satisfied, or horrified. All inclusive means you have prepaid for your flight and the room. The food is unconsumable.
