Totally average Cuban resort. You get what you pay for. Friendly staff, Cuban quality food. Perfect pool for young kids. Take the hop on hop off bus to Donna Tina once you're tired of the buffet. The lizards with the curly tails are quick and difficult to catch.

I stayed at Las Morlas from October 23-Nov 9 this year. I am a repeat customer and as such have seen many changes over the years. The hotel is a bit dated and needs some renovations. They have been painting and I noticed new bedsheets and covers in the rooms. For those that are not aware, it is rather difficult... More

First stay here, and disagree with many of negative comments. Yes, there are some lights out, but there are also switches anyone can and do turn off. Floors where clean, room on the fourth was clean, if a bit dated. Lobby, hallways and exterior were being painted, while we were there. Always found lots to eat, and found the only... More

Hi: I've shared my experiences at that hotel. I didn't go last year, but no doubt it still serves its clientele with care and attention. BTW, I've been to that hotel for a few years, and never got ill from food or anything else. Whereas in Mexico I did. So, we must take that into consideration when we travel. BTW,... More

Spent 10 days here from Nov 17 to 27. Considering the price was $84 all inclusive per night can't really complain. Can't even generally get a hotel room in my city for that price let alone an all-inclusive in another country.Yes the hotel has seen better days, yes the maintenance is somewhat lacking, blah, blah, etc. etc. If you didn't... We are a group of 6 adults stayed from Nov 20 to 25, 2014. The hotel is run down. No maintenance at all. Stairs are dark-no replacement of burnt out bulbs. Toilets are filthy and inoperable. Main sitting area is filthy. I will not stay at this place again. Filthy place to stay.

My fiance and i stayed at Las Morlas from Monday November 10th 2014 to Monday November 17th 2014. The weather was 24 -26 degrees that week. It felt warmer by the pool as there is no breeze there. Nice swim up bar with lovely pool! The nights were cool. Wish we had taken some warmer clothes to wear at night.... More

I cannot understand even one of the good reviews for this place. It is one of the nastiest places I have ever been in and that includes when we rented an apartment in Puerto Escondido 25 years ago when nothing was there. The hotel is so old and run down. I have traveled all over the world and stayed in... More
