Don't worry about the bad reviews, this is a good resort. Food and entertainment is better than a lot of resorts we have been to. You would love the food if you like seafood. Kids friendly.
I must say that after not visiting Cuba for than 15 years I was so happy with this resort. I emailed ahead and they upgraded us when we arrived. Very clean but older rooms. Food was very good but repititious which is fine. Maids waiters ect were very eager to help and satisfy your needs. Beach....what can I say outstanding.!!!...

Went there with my girlfriend may 17 to 24. Great beach, bad service no smile, bad food, falling apart facilities, no music, bad weather, no towel change, limited bar menu. Probably my first and last time in cuba. Not clean.
