Stayed at Bella Costa for a week. Hotel room was clean. Maid was very attentive to our needs. Food was good, surprising for Cuba. I went with a group of friends, and found myself lost in paradise and I didn't want to be found. This resort was amazing, which surprised not only myself but my friends. Despite reading a number of both positive and negative reviews, we weren't sure what we'd find. At first blush the staff were cold and unhelpful but as the days went by and we greeted them with smiles, they became friendly and helpful.
