My family and I went to Arenas Blancas and couldn't wait to get back home! The atmosphere was just bad... Everything starting from the service, the food, the rooms, public bathrooms was just disgusting. The staff was not nice except for Dahiana (entertainment staff) , everyone else couldn't care less of your needs or even care of making your stay... more

This hotel deserve 1 star instead of 4 stars! The service is so bad, the waiters don't treat you good, and you get no service what so ever, UNLESS you give 10$ everytime to get what you want! I mean being a manager (Myself) in a hotel, I do not tolerate this attitude with the guest. Here is a situation... more

OK to all you Picky people out there give it a rest..this place is not all that bad, sure it's dated and needs some updating, but never did I once see any bugs in the hotel. Our room was a room, nothing special and allways cleaned daily..fresh towels, fresh bedding, floors... more

ESPECIALLY FOR A 4 STAR HOTEL 1) the food was horrible-raw, tasteless, and small variety- breakfast was drag through lunch, dinner and snack 2) the service... more
